Islam has set rules for each class. While Islam has ordered the establishment of an Islamic state, Islam has also ordered the state to protect its citizens and provide them with facilities. In terms of religion, there are two types of citizens of an Islamic state. They will either be Muslims or non-Muslims. In the Islamic state, the rights and duties of both classes are determined. Islam has clearly ordered the protection of non-Muslim citizens. While Islam has ordered non-Muslims to pay jizya for the protection of their lives, for this purpose it is the responsibility of the state that the all economic, social and religious rights will be protected .in the light of Islamic laws, it is known that both Muslims and non-Muslims are equal in the sanctity of humanity. In Sharia laws, the blood of a non-Muslim is equal to the blood of a Muslim. Where non-Muslims have been given religious freedom, they have also been given the right to live their private lives freely. Joking with non-Muslims is also prohibited. An important and attention-seeking issue is that the minorities in Pakistan do not have religious freedom and the minorities are oppressed. The Pakistani government is unable to fulfill their rights due to public fear and intimidation. In this article, the challenges and solutions to the problems faced by non-Muslims will be presented with reference to contemporary times in the light of Sharia and Pakistani laws.</p>}, number={2}, journal={The Islamic Culture "As-Saqafat-ul Islamia" الثقافة الإسلامية - Research Journal - Sheikh Zayed Islamic Centre, University of Karachi}, author={Dr.Hafiz Muhammad Ishaq and Muhammad Aman ullah}, year={2022}, month={Dec.} }
