Abstract
Creed is very important for an interpreter of Quran. Every h un1an bei11g has son1c creed. Especially, knowing about creed of Muffassir is necessary becau se result of right and wrong creed bcco1nes clear in interpretation of Quran . Knovv lcdge of son1e Mufassir is creed in the light of Tafseer is necessa ry because this th i ng has impact on methodol ogy of •rafseer. In past, different sects were established on t11e bases of t11is fac t, eg. Motazi l a , Ashaara , Marj ia, Qadria etc . In rf afseer- c- Fa ra h i , rega rd i ng attribu tes of Allah and Motashabihat, this matter is not only difficult bu t also a n1ain cause of differences. In this article we have tried to know about this aspect (Ilahiat) of Moulana Islahi1s creed in the light of his I'afsecr •rada bur-c-Quran. Ile has accepted the view of ''Selti' in some n1attcrs for examples no of doors of l1ell aI1d Allah's presen ce on the day of resurrection, i n some n1atters he has ignored the 'self' for example Allah's attribute of talking, Knowledge, On1n ipotencc etc, in some n1attershe has interpreted th e set of Motaakhareen for example.
