This article discusses the persistent and increasing socio – economic struggles of religious Servicemen within the contemporary Pakistani societies these Servicemen includes fresh graduates of different Islamic Institutions offering only Islamic Studies Specialization Programs, Imams, khatib, Mosque staff and functionaries. It is well believed that these religious figures hold a significant spiritual and communal position in our society but they are facing serious financial and social strain in current Era. This research argues that non practical employment structures, ambiguous social expectations and rapidly changing community dynamics results in ever increasing problems of these people that just not undermine the well-being of the society but also creates Class Conflicts and Religious Extremism, moreover it also affects the significance and functionality of religious institution they lead. This research paper Firstly discuss the Financial Instability and lack of opportunities for them in the current extremely competitive and inflationary structure of the society then it moves on to the social and psychological pressure upon these Servicemen including boundless spiritual and social expectations with adequate support from the society. Finally, the study analyses the Causes, Motives and possible Solutions for the long-term sustainability of the religious leadership, then the article concludes by proposing a framework for reforms in the specific Field advocating the establishment of a broader community dialogue on redefining the role and rights of the religious caretakers in this Era.
